I could have the best of intentions when it comes to school projects for my son, but somehow we just always get down to the wire. Thank goodness for group mom texts because I thought we had until Thursday which is the actual 100th day. I found out on my way home from work it was due TODAY!! T\ypically we would run to Michaels and spend a bunch of money, but let’s be realistic this project is going to end up in one of two places, the trash or the back of a closet. I grabbed a whiteboard from CVS and decided to figure out the rest at home. My son loves Mario, so we decided to do a scene with 100 coins. I found some free printable on the Super Mario website aaaaaaand ran out of ink just before Mario printed. We were able to print out a black and white one and he colored it in. It ended up coming out really cute and we had fun putting it together. WIN WIN because I didn’t blow $50 at Michaels on stickers. He passed it in on time, but I forgot to take a picture!
